  3. Exporting Parts of MenuBars
  4. ---------------------------

  6. This package updates Frontier 1.0 so it can create a new kind of
  7. double-clickable desktop script that contains part of a menu bar and all
  8. scripts linked into that menu bar. This may seem a bit esoteric for right now,
  9. but we have some new software coming (real soon!) that will make this
  10. capability very useful, even essential.

  13. How to Install
  14. --------------

  16. 1. Launch Frontier.
  17.  
  18. 2. Double-click on the Installer script. Click on OK at all the confirmation
  19. prompts.

  22. How to Export a SubMenuBar
  23. --------------------------

  25. 1. Open the menu bar window you want to export from.
  26.  
  27. 2. Click on the menu, sub-menu or command that you want to export.

  29. 3. Select the "Export SubMenuâ•”" command from the MenuBar menu.

  31. 4. Enter a file name and choose a folder in the standard file dialog that
  32. appears.

  34. The SubMenuBar is imported in the usual way -- by double-clicking on it in the
  35. Finder. It's nothing more than a desktop script.
